As provided in Competitors Pricing, companies such as Geek Squad charge a lot of money for support. The prices seem quite unreasonable if you ask me. So what I've done is created prices that make IT support more affordable.

Any support done, including diagnostics, adding devices to a network, or adding hardware will be charged as support and will cost $30/30 minutes. Most additions or diagnostics should not take longer than 30 minutes, but this is not always the case.

Network/Internet Services

Internet Setup - Setup a brand new internet connection, which includes modem and computer.          Cost - $75

Network Setup - Setup a brand new network, which includes a modem, router, and multiple computers. Cost - $125

Wireless Network Setup - Setup a brand new wireless network, which includes a modem, wireless router, and multiple computers.                                                                                                                           Cost - $150

Computer Virus/Spyware Removal

Virus Clean Up - Consists of cleaning up a computer of viruses, spam ware, and malware. Along with virus removal, the computer will be optimized, making the computer work more efficiently, which results in faster performance. Included in the clean up, I will make sure the computer is fully protected.         Cost - $75

Computer Rebuild - However, sometimes a computer is messed up to the point that a reformat is necessary. A reformat includes a fresh install, data transfer, updates, virus protection, word processor, and any other software you are interested in having (extra cost may apply).                                              Cost - $150
